Judith Ann Goins I am 68 years old with long, healthy hair. I tried the product twice after washing my hair, and it just makes my hair stringey, dry and lifeless the day after. I tried using more product instead of less after reading reviews suggesting as much. But that made it worse. I have to put my hair up the day after or wash it again, and I normally do not need to do either on the day after a shampoo. I was attracted to this product by the description of it and the reviews, but it does not do anything it says it should, and I do not especially like the smell either, it does not smell like the essential oils it advertises. I will not use a 3rd time. Also, I ordered and paid for two bottles, but only received one, so it is an expensive trial run.

Hi Martha, thank you for spending the time to leave a review! Because you had a less-than-spectacular experience I think I can help resolve the issue. More is more! I've discovered adding 10-15 pumps and distributing throughout the hair works great. Either let it dry naturally or blow out with a dryer. Once you feel the difference, go ahead and give us 5 Stars! How many pumps are needed ??
Hi Debbie, thanks for your insight and response! We love when there'e engagement and we're happy to solve the problem. On wet hair apply 10-12 pumps ( even more if you wish!) and I like to use a Mason Pearson brush to distribute. Wait a few minutes and either use a brush to style or shape with your hands.
